About The Kick-Off
4The Kick-Off started as a hope to make a splash using just one drop. Every day in 2012 (there’s 366 of them), I will be pledging at least $1 to a project on Kickstarter.com.
With your help, I’ll be able to increase the size of my daily pledge.
Also with your help, I’ll be able to find and keep track of the best projects out there – the ones worth every penny you and I have decided to give.

=) Thank you. As for right now, I’m sort of committed to Kickstarter. I’m a huge advocate for crowdfunding, but Kickstarter has always been where I turn first, and for the duration of the Kick-Off, I feel a sense of loyalty to the platform to that helped get me intereted and actually involved in crowdfunding. Insider information: I’m planning on doing something similar for 2013, though perhaps with less frequency and greater magnitude (fewer projects, larger pledges), and it has definitely crossed my mind to branch out to other platforms than Kickstarter. In the meantime, I wish you all the very best of luck with Meditation for Kids!
